FMCG / Food — Europe
VIFON Europe
An AI-powered marketing operation running social, paid media, SEO and web across Germany, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands from a single system.
The X
Three European markets, three languages, one team — and no way to scale the same work three times.
The challenge
VIFON Europe spans multiple markets and multiple websites — the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands — across both Shopify and WordPress, with SEO, content and tracking work being reviewed site by site. That structure generates an enormous volume of repetitive technical and SEO tasks, and it makes any cross-market comparison slow and unreliable.
On the content side, the risk was worse. A single European content calendar translated into three languages produces exactly the flat, imported tone that regional audiences ignore. Each market needed content that reflected its own trends, interests, behaviours and cultural differences.
What we did
What we did
AI as a research and creation instrument
We use artificial intelligence to analyse trends, interests, behaviours and cultural differences in Germany, the UK and the Netherlands, which lets us develop prompts, visual concepts and captions with an authentically local tone — avoiding literal translation and adapting to how each market consumes content.
Market-specific creative execution
In the UK, we used AI to place the VIFON mascot in World Cup-inspired scenarios, joining a global conversation creatively and on time without an on-location production. In Germany, we kept organic real-product content but introduced AI for particle effects, ingredient movement and sensory shots that are harder to produce manually. In the Netherlands, a compressed launch window for a €50 store-specific giveaway was met with an AI-generated presenter, adapting the message to local context fast while keeping presentation quality high.
Community growth mechanics
Organic content was complemented with a weekly €50 giveaway, integrating the product naturally into relevant trends and formats while prioritising brand recognition.
SEO and technical work at portfolio scale
AI-assisted Search Console and GA4 analysis, content optimisation, FAQ and schema markup, technical issue resolution, and support through a WordPress-to-Shopify migration — all connected to the same environment SLVEX uses across other accounts. The value is scale: one task, such as adding FAQ schema, is executed consistently across every market instead of one at a time.
Daily agent-run account review
Because VIFON's paid campaigns run on Performance Max, Google does not expose a search terms report the way it does for Search campaigns. The same daily review is applied to organic search instead, flagging anything unusual driving traffic across all four markets. Spend and delivery are reviewed daily by the same agent, so anything outside the account's normal range is caught in a day rather than at month end.
