• Grant SLVEX, VIFON, and its parent and sister companies permission to record, photograph, and use your likeness, name, voice, and statements for social media platforms and all promotional purposes. You understand that the footage may be used publicly, and you waive any rights to review or approve the content.
• Understand that you will not receive any compensation for this participation, other than a gift card of your choosing.
